I understand “I AM” considers its offerings to be a Sacrament, and their use and distribution to be part of sincere religious beliefs. As such, I AM has a good faith belief that the use and distribution of these substances is protected by the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act and similar protections in each state’s Constitution or statutes. Central to the beliefs of I AM is the acknowledgment that their Sacraments are sacred gifts and guides bestowed upon humanity. Only through the sincere religious use of these Sacraments can participants understand the moral, ethical, spiritual wisdom, and psycho-spiritual healing of the Creator’s divine nature, along with our own divine nature.

By acquiring any Sacrament, I affirm that agree that these Sacraments are acquired and used for spiritual purposes consistent with I AM. I AM notes that each state’s laws are unique and I am are required to review my own state law to determine if any legal protections apply to me.
